For every item sold from your swag store, you will receive up to 5% of the wholesale.

A: No, there is no contract, if you after 30-60 days you don't to have the online store, we can close it immediately

Q: How much does it cost to keep the store live, even if we don't get any or only a few sales?

A: $0

Q: What happens if a customer has an issue with their order?

A: We handle all customer service for you!

Q: Are these the only items that are available?

A: No. Our full catalog has over 200 available items, these are just a snapshot of our most popular.

Orders of over 30+ will receive FREE SHIPPING

Orders of 20 items of the same variant, size, and color will receive 10% OFF.

All items are allotted one print location i.e. front, back, sleeve, etc..

For all additional print locations there is a $5 surcharge per item.

Q: Can I retail the items myself for a higher price than what I paid?

A: Yes! They are your items and we are happy to help provide them to you!

KW Crafted Solutions is a custom print company, which
means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, KW Crafted Solutions offers a free
replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
